"Buccaneer for a Day" Registration

Do you wonder what life is like as a DCC student? If so, this opportunity is for you! Each school year, our admissions office hosts BUCCANEER FOR A DAY visits for our prospective students. At this event you will attend college classes, learn about academic programs and student services, meet current DCC students, meet with professors or coaches, eat in the cafeteria, and take a tour of the Dawson Community College campus. It’s a day in the life of a DCC student.

What will I do at
BUCCANEER FOR A DAY?

• 8:30 a.m. - Check-in & meet other prospective students
• 9:00 - Campus tour

•10:00 - Class option (sit in on a class)
•11:00 - Meet with current student panel (parents attend FinAid presentation)
•12:00 - Lunch at the Galley (on us)**
• 1:00 - Options to choose from:
Meet with Academic Advisor/Faculty
Meet with Coaches
• 2:00 - Head home, wander the campus, or check out Glendive

**Each student may bring one guest free of charge. Additional guests may attend for free, but are expected to purchase their own meal.**
