The Art curriculum at DCC prepares students to transfer to four-year institutions to finish a degree in:
Art professionals are employed in a variety of occupational fields including, but not limited to the following: advertising, gallery and museum specialties, publishing, medical illustration, set design, interior design, landscape design, art therapy, art education, and fine arts.
Students who wish to pursue art for personal enrichment are encouraged to participate in our program offerings.
Art students go on a number of field trips, including a trip to the Mondak Cultural Heritage Museum to attend the Annual Student Exhibition Opening Reception.
