SUMMARY OF WORK:

This adjunct teaching position will be responsible for teaching M111 Technical Mathematics:

Introduction to applied mathematics in technical fields. This course will show how basic arithmetic processes using whole numbers, factions, decimals, and percentages are used to make and convert measurements in different units and notations and solve simple mathematical relationships. Students will also be shown how to calculate geometric quantities, and utilize graphs and charts to record and summarize data.

Spring 2019 class offering is January 23, 2019 – May 13, 2019 Class will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00am to 8:50am. (Adjunct has the opportunity to create schedule for class in the future).


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in course subject

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in course subject
