DCC alumni are encouraged to share their stories. Here you will find videos and short snippets of Buccaneers from semesters past relaying their narratives, where they've been, and how DCC has helped them achieve their dreams.

Donita Mariegard
Donita Mariegard is a Nurse Practitioner that works as a Hospitalist and as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in Helena, Montana.
Donita started her Education at Dawson Community College.
"Dawson was a great start to my academic career and has enabled me to serve and prosper in a variety of careers, said Mariegard. I am grateful to the school.”
Mariegard earned her Masters of Science in nursing, family nurse practitioner, from Maryville University, in St. Louis, Mo. She received her Bachelor of Science, registered nurse degree, from Carroll College graduating magna cum laude. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of Sigma Theta Tau.
Mariegard is a Montana and Glendive Native.
