STUDENT FUND POLICY
- Student (agency) funds which are inactive for a period of one year will be transferred to the Associated Student Body. These funds are to be used to finance student groups as needed.
- Student (agency) account balances must not be over-expended (i.e., accrue negative cash balance) without prior permission of the college administration.
SCOPE This policy applies to Dawson Community College.
PROCEDURES The College President shall promulgate such procedures as may be needed to implement this policy.
