The Registrar’s Office will uphold the integrity of Dawson Community College through:
Students who have previously attended another college or university are considered transfer students.
You must submit official transcripts for high school and all colleges and universities attended.
Submit your transcripts to Dawson Community College using one of the formats below:
Students who attended a university outside the United States and want consideration of prior course work for credit and course equivalency must submit their foreign academic transcripts, certified English translation, and the accompanying commercial evaluation.
The Registrar’s Office only processes written requests with a valid signature, or orders through the online Clearinghouse.
Currently Enrolled Students
End-of-semester transcripts cannot be processed until all classes are graded. Summer requests, will not be processed until all grades for all summer sessions have been posted in August.
Hold Information
If there is a hold on your account, your transcript request cannot be processed.
Online Orders – Credit Card Orders
If you would like order your transcripts online and/or to pay for your official transcript with a credit card, you may do so through our arrangement with the National Student Clearinghouse.
Online orders have an additional $2.25 processing fee per recipient.
Unofficial Transcripts
This office does not issue unofficial transcripts; however, if you attended DCC after Fall 1991, you may obtain your unofficial transcript online through MyInfo.
In accordance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974, the Registrar of Dawson Community College may disclose directory information from the education records of a student who is in attendance at Dawson Community College. Also, the student has the right to refuse to permit the Registrar to disclose directory information. If the student wishes to have all directory information excluded as public information, the student must notify the Registrar Office, Room 132 Main Hall. This notice is good for the current academic year only.Â
